Amazing hotel with a great location opposite the Presidential Palace. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the massage was disappointing, and the service in the restaurant, while well-organized, wasn't entirely enjoyable.
The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, making my stay truly wonderful. The room was spotless, and the view was amazing. I would definitely return!

My recent two-night stay was wonderful! The high-floor room had a fantastic view, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast had so many options, even gluten-free and lactose-free choices. The staff were all kind and helpful. I loved it!
